The leftist mob has gone too far – again – with its brazen, blasphemous invasion of a Minnesota church service Sunday, terrorizing young children and even adult worshippers who had every reason to fear being shot after seeing what else has happened at churches there and around the world.
From coast to coast, righteous anger has spilled out of pews and onto social media – along with well-earned frustration with federal officials who’ve yet to hold leftists accountable for much of their violence, terror and intimidation tactics over the years.
For crying out loud, the Trump administration has yet to even hold Democrats accountable for their seditious acts in cynically framing Trump as a Russian asset.
But if seditious conspiracy and treason aren’t enough of a rubicon to cross, this profane attack on a House of God is certainly a bridge too far.
Meanwhile, Americans who get their information exclusively from legacy media likely have no clue what a turning point Sunday is in the battle for America’s soul. Likewise, the criminal leftists who trespassed and desecrated a house of worship with their actions and their words have no idea what they’ve done — which is to awaken a sleeping giant in the form of America’s Christians.
If federal officials won’t adequately defend their own, perhaps now they will defend and protect followers of Christ who wouldn’t so much as raise a hand against their tormentors Sunday.
It will be interesting to see if those who took over a church and shut down the worship service will face anything like what pro-lifers have for merely standing and praying outside abortion mills.
Conservatives are frankly fed up to the gills with the feds’ inaction against leftist thugs, and are done with Republicans’ indignant but impotent protestations at useless congressional hearings.
Enough. Enough. Enough. It’s time for arrests and prosecutions and serious prison time – such that the infinitely more innocent January 6ers and pro-lifers got at the hands of ruthless Democrats under Biden.
This much is certain: Were the political party roles reversed, far-left activist and former CNN attack dog Don Lemon, who seemed to presage the attack at Cities Church in St. Paul Sunday, would’ve already had his phone and computer seized.
Attorney General Pam Bondi – whom conservatives aren’t all that fond of anyway – promises in an X post that, “If state leaders refuse to act responsibly to prevent lawlessness, this Department of Justice will remain mobilized …”
“If”?
“Will remain mobilized”?
What the heck good is that mealy-mouthed mumbo-jumbo? Conservatives and people of faith were done with “if” a long time ago.
And they’ve rarely been this livid about anything.
“How about actually ARRESTING them instead of talking about it,” as one X user answered her.
“We don’t need to hear any more f—–g talk from you,” writes another. “PRODUCE results!!!!”
“Sure you will,” another skeptically writes to Bondi.
“We don’t believe you. That is a problem,” writes another.
“What are you waiting for?? DO IT ALREADY,” writes another.
Psalm 73 says in part:
“For I was envious of the arrogant
when I saw the prosperity of the wicked. …
“They are not in trouble as others are;
they are not stricken like the rest of mankind.”
Rather fitting, no?
Shawn Farash, he of dead-on Trump impersonation, posts:
“Pam. This DOJ needs to arrest someone.
“The Biden Admin literally put people in jail for praying in front of an abortion center…
“Conversations with church leaders isn’t gonna cut it. Put up or shut up time.”
As legacy media viewers don’t know what a sinister line was crossed Sunday, so federal officials may not realize what may come of their inaction. Without swift and grave consequences for this red line that’s been irreversibly crossed, there will be more. And next time, people may die.
Moreover, continued federal impotence will only invite vigilantism from the heretofore forbearing right, which nobody should want.
Already, pastors are urging their colleagues to beef up their security – for what tragically may be a forever-changed faith landscape.
How much the landscape has been altered may be completely a function of what the federal government does now – and how quickly or slothfully.
