Detransitioner and women’s right advocate Chloe Cole canceled her visit to the University of Washington Tuesday after a campus Antifa group issued threats and coordinated major protests against her expected visit.

“There’s a difference between being brave and stupid,” Cole said in a video on X.

She reminded her audience “truth will always win.”

“Christ will always prevail,” she said. “God created each and every single one of us in His image. And there are only two sexes. That is the exact message I was going to take to University of Washington tomorrow.”

Cole underwent a double mastectomy when she was 15 and detransitioned two years later at 17. Now 21, she speaks across the country on the harms of gender transition, especially for minors, and has recently discussed the role of her Christian faith in her detransition.

Cole promised she would return to the university and numerous campuses across the country, adding that conversations are essential to counter violence.
