A third-grade teacher in Missouri’s St. Joseph Public School District has posted profane anti-ICE remarks on social media, saying “Fuck ICE” and referring to “Nazi scum.”
Perhaps even more troublingly, in what appears to also be Lindbergh Accelerated Elementary School teacher Dakota Allen, a man with similar braids can be seen in a past video with a megaphone having chanted “86, 47” at a rally – which is considered code for suggesting President Trump be assassinated.
And in a Jan. 10 post, in which he writes of another anti-government rally, “#ICEOutForGood in KCMO today. A beautiful demonstration of solidarity and peace for a better tomorrow,” he includes a photograph of a large flag saying “FUCK TRUMP.”

The anti-ICE posts appear to be a response to the weekend death of anti-ICE protestor Alex Pretti. In one post, Allen writes, “If the day comes fascism holds a barrel to my head and fires, for simply observing and reporting. Know I was driven by my passion for humanity and inspired by Christ. Down with the Empire. F–k ICE.”

In another post, Allen writes of an unnamed apparent ICE supporter, “Watching your former history teacher prove to be siding with Nazi scum is particularly jarring, especially since he is someone who has sworn an oath to our constitution.

“Defending what happened yesterday has no place in decent society, if you have an issue I refuse to be decent back you can shove off.
“May he choke on the boot he licks.”
The Heartlander reached out to Allen in an email, asking whether he thinks such posts are appropriate for a third-grade teacher – and whether his description of putting a gun to the head and firing “for simply observing and reporting” is an accurate description of Pretti’s encounter with federal officers.
And considering that the phrase “86, 47” is well known to be supporting the assassination of President Trump, The Heartlander asked Allen how appropriate it is for him to be teaching third graders.
The Heartlander also asked those questions of a district spokesperson.
If nothing else, Allen’s assessment of the circumstances surrounding Pretti’s death is highly suspect. Video suggests Pretti was more than a casual observer, and may even have been armed while fighting federal officers.
Reports also indicate some protestors at the scene of Pretti’s death were part of well-coordinated and planned anti-ICE Signal Chat operation. Fox News Digital reported on Sunday in an article headlined “The far-left network that helped put Alex Pretti in harm’s way, then made him a martyr”:
“The skirmish that led to Saturday’s fatal shooting of an agitator by Border Patrol agents in Minneapolis and the response that followed were driven by a complex network of far-left organizations with a wide range of causes, a Fox News Digital investigation found. …
“ICE and Border Patrol agents were there to arrest an illegal immigrant criminal, and Pretti and others were there, outside a donut shop, to meet them as part of a strategic pattern of organized interference with law enforcement operations.”
Independent journalist Cam Higby reports:
“I have infiltrated organizational signal groups all around Minneapolis with the sole intention of tracking down federal agents and impeding/assaulting/and obstructing them.”
