An illegal alien is accused of attempting to rape a massage therapist just days after he was detained by police for car break-ins at a Missouri bar.
Radio Host Shane Wilkinson detained Oliver Valle-Ramos on March 30 outside a bar in High Ridge, Missouri after seeing the man pulling door handles on parked cars.
“He didn’t speak English, and we caught him breaking into cars,” Wilkinson posted online. “I didn’t understand what he was saying to me in Spanish, so I just made some ICE jokes and held him until the police arrived.” Wilkinson even made a video of the encounter and posted it online.
Deputies arrived at the bar to find Valle-Ramos extremely intoxicated. They recovered items taken from the vehicles, but the car owners declined to press charges. One owner reported a pack of cigarettes stolen, while another wasn’t missing anything.
The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office explained deputies didn’t have the legal authority to arrest him because the victims refused to cooperate. Valle-Ramos didn’t have identification and gave officers a false name. He was so drunk deputies had to take him to the hospital for an evaluation.
The sheriff’s office works with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), but the only deputy assigned to that partnership was away at training when Valle-Ramos was stopped on March 30.

Valle-Ramos went to a massage parlor on April 9 and exposed himself to the woman giving him a massage. Court documents say he demanded sex, which the woman refused. Valle-Ramos then forced the woman to the ground and struck her multiple times in the face.
The assault left the woman with a bloody nose, a swollen and lacerated lip and a broken right pinky finger. He attempted to rape her but was physically unable to complete the act, according to court documents.
The woman’s husband discovered Valle-Ramos on top of his wife and physically restrained him until police arrived.
ICE was notified, while prosecutors charged Valle-Ramos with first-degree attempted rape, third-degree assault and first-degree sexual misconduct.
A judge ordered him to be held without bond, declaring him a danger to the community and a flight risk.
None of the documents from the court say what country Valle-Ramos is from or his last known address.
His next court appearance is scheduled for April 29.
