Murders. Rapes. Robberies. Human trafficking. Political warfare.
The historic illegal immigration crisis under Joe Biden has brought about untold deaths, assaults, sex offenses, hundreds of thousands of lost and trafficked children and more – not to mention the incalculable costs to American society in money and political acrimony.
Just look at the raging division in the streets, and violence toward ICE officers doing their jobs to deport the most dangerous illegal aliens.
Little has divided America more since the Civil War. And the ruination from the crisis is ongoing, as Democrat leaders bitterly condemn the enforcement of laws and demonize the law-enforcers – and illegals continue to create carnage.
Even now, an illegal immigrant truck driver from India is facing three counts of vehicular homicide for allegedly making an illegal U-turn on a Florida highway Aug. 12 and killing three. Shockingly, the liberal states of Washington and California had issued him commercial driver’s licenses despite his failing English and road sign proficiency tests.
Moreover, the Biden administration granted him a work permit after the first Trump administration had refused to.
Where’s the scrutiny?
Yet strangely, outside of a few think tanks and fruitless congressional hearings there has been little significant effort to quantify the destruction of the illegal immigration tsunami, to explain what brought it on – or to hold those responsible to account.
The result? Many, if not most, Americans have yet to grasp the breadth of the immigration catastrophe, or to connect the dots between this crisis and other scandals – which, when they’re connected, lead fair-minded observers to a very sinister conclusion:
All of this chaos and devastation and heartbreak is the direct result of an insidious, intentional, far-reaching plot by Democrats to subvert the republic in pursuit of permanent one-party rule over America.
Yes, it sounds crazy. But it’s become an unavoidable, unmistakable reality.
To get to that realization, one must jump from dot to dot, largely without the help of the negligent, often complicit legacy media. But it’s vital Americans do so, in order to face the awful truth – by tracing the truth back to its headwaters and following the flow of facts where it inexorably leads.
The most important questions to begin with are:
- Why was this invasion allowed to happen in broad daylight over so much time, when it destroyed so many lives?
- Was it a curious happenstance – an unprovoked, freak statistical anomaly out of nowhere – or was it purposeful on someone’s part?
What happened and how?
Consider just the suddenness of the crisis.
Under Biden there were a reported 8 million encounters at the southern border alone, though that number is likely very conservative – and then there are illegal entries we don’t know about. Indeed, Vice President J.D. Vance argues Biden let in 20 million or more.
How did that happen?
Answer: Not by accident. Surely decades of flaws and neglect in federal immigration policy and enforcement can’t explain why illegal entries rocketed up in a flash under Biden and immediately plummeted to basically zero under Trump.
Immediately upon entering office, Biden signed some 89 executive orders reversing Trump restrictions on illegal immigration. Then, rather than deport the resulting surge of illegals, Biden fast-tracked public benefits and work permits for many – flying and busing them to all corners of the country.
They were often housed in luxury hotels, for months on end – or kept in secretive, shadowy centers where the media and public weren’t allowed to even ask questions.
Meanwhile the Department of Homeland Security – which arguably is supposed to do the opposite – was actually flying illegals in, over 400,000 of them.
In another context, that would be called first-class human trafficking. While Biden was president, immigration and homeland security agencies probably should’ve been moved under the Department of Transportation, for all the chauffeuring of illegals they did.
“Thanks to an ongoing Center for Immigration Studies Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit,” the organization wrote in March 2024, “the public now knows that U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has approved secretive flights that last year alone ferried hundreds of thousands of inadmissible aliens from foreign airports into some 43 American ones over the past year, all pre-approved on a cell phone app.”
Ah, yes. The phone app. Did you know Biden set up a phone app by which illegals could actually phone ahead and schedule their entry, like call-ahead restaurant seating?
Word no doubt got out quickly worldwide that immigration enforcement not only was out the window, but that the door to the U.S. had swung wide open and the welcome mat was out for all to enter the U.S. unvetted. Thus, the staggeringly large caravans heading up Central America.
Former Democrat college professor Brett Weinstein traveled to the infamous jungle setting of the Darién Gap that straddles Colombia and Panama to see the encampments of well-guided and often mysteriously well-equipped illegals waiting to make the trek.
“It’s not a friendly migration,” he came away believing.
Vast human trafficking scheme
Neither was it all that organic. Several hundred nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) participated and cashed in on the immigrant invasion: Citing Forbes, Newsnation reported that Catholic Charities USA by itself raked in $1.4 billion in government funds in one year alone, “making it a significant recipient of U.S. funding for immigration services,” as Google AI puts it.
“From the local to the state and federal level,” Newsnation wrote in 2023, “Americans are paying a hefty price for the humanitarian crisis at the southern border, and in a way, the federal government is able to hide the true cost of the border crisis from the public through NGOs.”
The current Congress, writes the New York Post, is now “demanding records from more than 200 non-governmental organizations that nabbed billions of dollars in taxpayers’ money to settle migrants in the US under ex-President Joe Biden.”
The vast and intricate human trafficking scheme headed by the Biden White House certainly made for some strange bedfellows: Although Google AI wrongly claims Biden didn’t open the southern border, it admits that, “Yes, drug cartels have significantly increased their participation in human smuggling and exploitation of migrants during the Biden administration.
“Numerous reports from government sources, news outlets, and human rights groups detail the cartels’ increased control over migration routes and record-breaking profits from smuggling operations.”
Who thought that was a good idea?
All the while, Democrats saw the same headlines you did – about innocent women and children such as 22-year-old Laken Riley and 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray being murdered by illegal aliens let in by Biden.
When President Trump honored them during his address to Congress in March, Democrats chose not to stand and applaud.
In short, none of this is an accident.
“The Biden border crisis was sparked by the deliberate implementation of open-borders policies and the removal of Trump-era border security policies by the Biden administration,” writes independent federal watchdog The Oversight Project.
The question is why.
The answer, clearly, is votes.
Immigration part of a bigger strategy
It’s well-established that illegal immigrants can swing electoral fortunes Democrats’ way – especially since they are, head-scratchingly, counted in the Census, which is used to apportion House seats among the states.
Notes National Review:
“The net effect of increases in both legal and illegal immigration in the 2020 Census shifted 17 House seats and 17 Electoral College votes, resulting in a net gain of 14 seats in Blue States — ten seats shifting from red states and four from battleground states. That Democratic net gain is greater than the respective electoral votes of all but ten states.”
The next obvious question is whether illegal immigration is the only electoral advantage Democrats have been pursuing – no matter the erosion to the body politic or the cost to the republic.
The answer is an emphatic no.
In recent years, Democrats and Democrat presidents have:
- Framed a presidential rival as a Russian stooge
- Sabotaged his presidency with (what they knew to be) a sham Mueller investigation and frivolous impeachments
- Embarked on a series of political prosecutions and lawsuits against him and his supporters
- Attempted to keep him off the ballot
- Created a vast online censorship enterprise to quell conservative dissent
- Covered up Biden’s cognitive decline
- Weaponized nearly every agency of the federal government, most ominously the intelligence agencies
- Pressured banks to deny funds to conservatives and their favorite causes
These are the disparate dots that are all connected to one thing, and one thing only.
They say nothing happens in a vacuum. Nowhere is that truer than in politics. None of these attempts to bury political opponents or crush dissent or import like-minded voters happened in isolation. They are all parts of the same animal, the same wooly mammoth Democrats bred to achieve permanent one-party rule – which, in other parts of the world, is known as communism and tyranny.
The remaining question is which of the cynical machinations in the Democrats’ immense and varied scheme has been the most destructive to the republic – their plot to frame, jail and bankrupt a president, which has torn any semblance of national unity asunder; or their hellish, heartless, soulless plan to use desperate migrants as political pawns rubbing elbows with terrorists and rapists and risking their lives along the way?
Perhaps only future historians will be able to tell. We may be too close to the smoldering rubble to do so.
