(The Lion) — Sen. Katie Britt, R-Alabama, torched Democrats for not showing up to a hearing this week on former President Joe Biden’s cognitive decline.

“It is not only dangerous, it’s disgusting and the American people deserve better,” she said.

“You look at what the Democratic Party did, you look at what the legacy media did, it is absolutely inexcusable.”

Britt listed failures, such as the withdrawal from Afghanistan, a flood of illegal immigrants and record-high inflation, then asked, “Who was in charge?”
