Where to watch the Kansas City Royals this season

Changes in the Kansas City Royals’ streaming and cable choices in the offseason may have left some fans wondering how to watch games this season, which starts Friday.

Cable channels available for watching the games are:

  • DIRECTV Channel 671-5 on satellite and 671 streaming
  • Comcast or Xfinity Channel 1262
  • Cox Channels 78 for most areas, 52 for parts of Kansas and Nebraska and 79 for Tulsa, Oklahoma
  • Charter or Spectrum Channel 361 for most areas and 305 for Kansas City and Lincoln market areas
  • Fubo 

For streaming, baseball fans can tune into the Royals through Royals.TV, which is part of “the home of streaming baseball,” MLB.TV

Audience members within Royals territory – Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and most of Missouri – can subscribe to the Royals.TV package for $99.99 per season. Others outside the zone can watch with an MLB.TV subscription, which is $149.99

The package allows subscribers to “Stream Royals games without blackouts LIVE or on demand for the entire 2026 regular season. Plus, access to MiLB games and MLB Big Inning.

Royals games can also be watched on several other channels. The next game is Friday at 6:15 p.m. where the Royals will play the Atlanta Braves.
