(The Lion) — International private investigator Jay Armes III has issued a stark warning about the dangers now facing Americans traveling overseas.
“The world is not the same as it was 10 years ago,” Armes stated. “This is a completely different world.” He explained that Americans abroad – including college students and spring-breakers – are increasingly being targeted, drugged and robbed.
